• Managing a portfolio of engagements with $45+ million in revenue across the Defense accounts, spanning multiple types of revenue recognition contracts.
• Responsible for the financial aspects of client engagements, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Monitors engagements' profit metrics, DSO, accounts receivable, billings, unbilled balance, and revenue recognition.
• Provides advisory guidance to segment Leadership for managing the business and the attainment of financial and operational goals. Collaborate with senior level managers and PPMDs to present financial analyses and implement strategies for profit optimization.
• Build revenue models, financial reports, staffing models, and other financial tracking tools within Excel, Workday, IBM, and Salesforce applications.
• Leads and generates the periodic account financial status report for the Defense OSD account call with all members from the financial advisory, billing, and contracts teams.
