Handle high volume calls.
• Inbound calls if depending on department needs.
• Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider.
• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
• Must be able to multi task between several internal system programs.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Must have at least 1 plus years of recent call center experience.
• Experience in medical call center a plus.
• Must have exceptional communication and phone et
