• Redesigned 100% of UI for Audiences, a campaign audience discovery and distribution product, improving the experiences of ad ops users by organizing into 3 main workflows and providing easy checkout/build options for a taxonomy of 1000+ audience categories. • Developed a unified cross-product design system spanning all 5 major products offered by the company, including a homepage concept and alert system, allowing clients such as Stop & Shop, Denny's, and Dunkin Donuts to pinpoint target audiences for campaigns and measure growth in visitation, revenue, and media success. • Conducted internal user interviews for feedback on usability improvement, narrowing down 3 main priorities for Audiences users to shape a redesign oriented towards increasing product usage.
