- Chief architect and strategist of all development efforts - including annual, capital, and planned giving - Establish, manage and implement strategic fundraising objectives - Create and design the Annual Fund and its objectives and timeline - Works closely with the Head of School to advance the mission of Montgomery School through key channels - Create a development calendar with key dates and objectives - Build lasting, authentic relationships with donors - Work closely with the Parents Association for key fundraisers for them and the school - Support the Advancement and Governance committees of the Board - Coordinate strategic social media across all platforms - Engage with Board, donors, alumni, current parents, past parents, Grandparents and all faculty and staff on a daily basis - Create new funding streams, through grant applications and submissions - Seek out collaborations and networking that benefits the organization - Develop dynamic special events that are creative, engaging and fiscally successful - Creator of Faculty & Staff Antiracist Book Club
