- Developing and leading discovery phase efforts to understand project business rules and requirements, technical limitations, stakeholder priorities, competitive and comparative
- Creating a program plan and release plan in collaboration with internal and external
- Documenting business logic, user stories, use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria with collaboration from Delta product owners
- Working with my internal team to create, manage, and groom product backlogs for these
- Collaborating with our internal data analytics team to create Google and Adobe analytics
- Guiding the AKQA design team and Delta development team through each sprint to ensure
- Architecting a repository in Airtable to manage all requirements and task management
