RGP specializes in domestic, long-life oil and gas assets utilizing vertical integration for profit maximization. R2Q Operating is the largest oil and gas operator in Wichita County, TX and serves as the Operator of Record for RGP’s Funds. • Conducted comprehensive market research on the oil and gas sector to provide partners with in-depth insights into market dynamics, including geopolitical influences, OPEC production policies, the renewable energy transition, and the impact of energy independence on economic growth. • Reviewed and assessed a prospectus for one of RGP’s energy funds, gaining insights into the legal framework of fund creation. • Prepared closing documents facilitating the repayment of $6.7 million from the borrower's line of credit for acquired assets. • Evaluated multiple financial models, focusing on the integration of development, engineering, and expense metrics to project cash flow. • Analyzed and reviewed revenue distributions to fund partners. • Arranged fund operations documents within the legal data room to be shared with 3rd party investors • Assisted the Co-Founder of RGP in project management work with high-level exposure to the day-to-day operations of an oil and gas fund.
