- Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants - Coordinate the financial planning and budgeting activities of the company under the direction of the CFO - Assist with review and preparation of Pro Forma or other financial data required for Corporate Development project, M&A transaction, or evaluation of same - Monitor company financial performance both historical and against budget, providing variance analysis for periodic review by operations management and executive team members - Scan and source relevant industry data to inform management and assist the creation of forecasts and budgets - Identify opportunities to automate reporting functions either with existing software and reporting capabilities or recommending new software or processes to enable timely and accurate reporting subject to budget constraints
