- Change Management and Delivery - Lead the Strategic Planning, Execution and Adoption of $200MM+ of Cross-LOB Strategic, Digital and Regulatory initiatives while ensuring proper Change Risk assessment and Control adherence. Identify and Lead Transformational initiatives to drive revenue, reduce cost and improve operational efficiency - Lead strategy, planning, delivery and user readiness of $200MM+ of Strategic, Regulatory and Infrastructure initiatives, such as Customer Journey Design, Sales Practice Consent Order, RCSA, CFPB Collections rules, Launch of new Lending products, Launch of new Digital Wallets and Transformation of Underwriting platform - Lead the digital transformation and adoption in Consumer Lending Businesses, to drive towards digital acquisition and servicing - Lead Customer Journey Design for Consumer business - Led the transition to Agile Product Management structure in Unsecured Lending, along with cultural change and talent development with HR partnership - Lead the Investment process of >$200MM budget in partnership with Business Strategy teams, Tech Leadership and Finance, to align with short-term and long-term roadmaps, and develop capacity plans - Run the Change Management processes and reporting to ensure adherence to all OKRs/KPIs, regulations, policies - Led the vision, design and deployment of Change Management process, tool, governance, quality oversight and controls to manage and monitor all changes in the Consumer Businesses and Operations - Promote Diversity & Inclusion in Consumer Lending by being a leader in the DE&I council
