• Guarantee all employees have completed proper personnel files, including tax forms, and store and maintain in a confidential manner.
• Assist with accounting and generating reconciliation reports.
• Conduct research to determine additional marketing and business opportunities using Google Analytics and phone and email outreach.
• Manage all administrative tasks, including maintaining and requisitioning supplies.
• Provide professional customer service by managing incoming and outgoing communications in a professional and timely manner.
