- Serve as key point person for several teams working on case and contact interviews for COVID-19
- Reports system issues or concerns to Case and Contact Interview Branch (CCIB
- Manages staff scheduling and other administrative and technology issues
- Assigns cases to teams daily, considering caseload and other factors, as appropriate
- Helps determine further action following each case or contact interview for high-risk individuals and those living in high-risk settings
- Performs quality checks on interviews and data quality checks
