- Support Director with the execution of NPD launch strategies & core PR/influencer touchpoints throughout the year including 360 strategies - Lead Influencer campaign management (creating campaign briefs, influencer liaison/negotiations, content review, etc - Manage PR sponsorships for award shows, red carpets etc - Identify, execute & manage all Revlon influencer partnerships Inclusive of - Annual "Always On" Program inclusive of 30+ influencer partners curating monthly content on behalf of the brand - Quarterly paid media asset needs (30-35+ pieces of content - Live shopper/streaming programs (Amazon, Walmart, Twitch etc - Cross functional Influencer support (trade/retail, hair +beauty tools etc - Oversee PR/influencer monthly mailing efforts, working alongside Revlon creative team + external mailing vendor (TwelveNYC - Research and recruit authentic/high-quality influencers and content creators across U.S. market - Support all Brand Ambassador launches/events and sponsorship opportunities - Press Release development, management + distribution to INTL markets - Develop and maintain influencer relationships on behalf of the brand - Coordinate and manage all PR and influencer reporting and recaps - Support PR agency and manage day-to-day communications and weekly touch bases - Manage Influencer budget (5mil+) and work with AP + finance team to track all spend/invoices accordingly - Oversee and manage team: (Associate) and (Coordinator
