- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to establish development project specifications and ensure feasibility
- Conduct detail property financial analysis to evaluate real estate assets for national single tenant triple net lease development
- Retrieve and analyze all relevant data, including financial documentation, surveys, zoning, easements, environmental, and title information
- Draft, review, and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and purchase contracts to facilitate successful transactions
- Oversaw the process of obtaining land use approvals and building permits for development projects
- Develop and maintain comprehensive company reports, trackers, and databases to support operational efficiency
- Lead routine meetings to monitor pre-development progress, ensure adherence to construction schedules, and prepare detailed reports
