Global Risk Review (GRR) Supported, through Project Management, fellow members on the OCAO team Key Accomplishments • Mapped the framework for the creation of a new GRR website via SharePoint, which is set to support 300+ people; Utilized an analysis developed through an analysis comparing the previous edition of the site to those of other risk departments at Citi. Effectively explained these points to senior team members by means of a presentation, which illustrated weak areas and provided recommendations for further improvement • Broke down key issues and created elaborate templates of potential outcome, meeting and discussing solutions with other key players within GRR. Remedial Management (Commercial Credit Risk) Supported the remedial risk group (in North America) within the Special Assets team running various credit transactional reports, analyzing financial statements, and analyzed the status of peers’ report progressions through each financial quarter and calendar month. Key Accomplishments: • Created weekly and biweekly critical reports regarding Classified Credit Reports on a weekly basis and cross-checked information with 10+ sources before submission • Spearheaded the Remedial Note Sale project working with Asset Dispositions team and various transactors to review an entire portfolio and identify an active list of potential loan sale candidates.
