LEGAL INTERN

- This position is a dual educational and practical program at my law school. In this program, I work on live client matters, including aiding clients in advocacy activities with state administrative environmental agencies, doing legal research, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with other interns and the clinic director on strategic decisions in the course of representing our clients. The program also includes a mock case where I bring a citizen suit against a polluter for violations of the clean water act. In the course of the mock case, I performed legal research, drafted a complaint, document requests, conducted depositions and drafted a settlement agreement
