- Develop and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes to meet product specifications and yield targets
- Conduct process experiments, data analysis, and statistical process control to improve process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, process integration, and equipment
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and resolve process-related issues
- Document process changes and results in a clear and concise manner
- Participate in safety and quality initiatives
