● Individually, completed dFMEA’s for 5 products, Process Risk Assessment for 9 products, equipment pFMEA for 9 products, and manual assembly pFMEA for 5 products.
● Team, completed 83.3% of the dFMEA, 95.6% of the Process Risk Assessment, 94.4% of the equipment pFMEA, and 44.3% of the manual assembly pFMEA from Phase 1 of the company wide risk management project.
