• Managed from top to bottom Davidson College’s acknowledgment process; wrote quarterly updates to letter template language read by over 8,000 unique donors in a fiscal year; proposed, tested, and implemented modifications to acknowledgment processes and criteria in consultation with the College Relations Technology team; prepared over 300 reference documents per fiscal year for use by Associate Vice President for Development and Vice President for College Relations in thanking donors for gifts of $20,000 or above; wrote over 50 tailored, unique letters annually on the President’s behalf to steward and thank donors giving over $100,000 at once • Managed the college’s fund reporting process, from working with campus partners to collate relevant data, to manipulating & synthesizing data at length through Blackbaud CRM and in Microsoft Excel, to merging and editing resultant fiscal and student activity reports for over 900 top donors to Davidson College scholarship funds • Developed and executed the office of Donor Relations’ student engagement strategy; surveyed nearly 900 student scholarship recipients at a 60% response rate to generate communications for donors; worked at length with our technology team and outside consultants to develop custom Blackbaud CRM reports for use in student outreach to gather thank-you notes for donors and to generate additional touch points • Managed individual stewardship efforts for Davidson’s elite, $1m-plus donors, from coordinating on-campus events, student engagement and communication, and “surprise and delight” gifts and communications • Supported the Vice President for College Relations and major gifts officers by compiling historical information and research briefings on top donors and funds at the college
