- Provide level-1 triage services for reverse logistics help desk requests
- Building and maintaining strategic planning partnerships with all impacted business units
- Review returns and process through SAP
- Implement programs that drive efficiency, cost control and cycle-time reduction
- Administer company policies, including quarterly performance reviews
- Support operational processes such as Spares management, order maintenance, and system transactions
- Assist customers with RMA requests, issue resolutions, follow up on defective returns, and general support
- Create FAQs and training documentation for the end user
- Conduct Info sessions to the business end-users
