- Fulfill an important role supervising the accounting and human resource department for three branches, ensuring proper application of all accounting and human resource functions

- Create processes to streamline credit union accounting procedures, a standard operating procedure to accurately account for the Credit Union's Short-Term Disability plan, and a formal process to ensure credit union compliance with the Overtime Incentive Adjustments on a monthly basis once commissions are calculated and paid
