- Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing Talent Acquisition Strategy, analyzing recruitment needs, design and implementing recruitment solutions
- Worked with Zensar Technologies(NJ, USA) as Implant for last 1.6 Years, coordinating with all
- Annual manpower budgeting with the help of Sr. Management
- Drive the manpower planning exercise and revisit it regularly
- Coordinate with respective Functional and Business heads to define recruitment requirements, job
- Consistently implement disciplined recruitment processes and procedures
- Ensure all new hiring requisition receive formal approval as required, position descriptions are
- Setup recruitment team and policy from scratch

- Creating financial reward policy for the team to motivate them to perform
- Niche and leadership hiring, Bulk Hiring, Campus Hiring, International Hiring
- Creating pipeline and bench for specific skill and department with high attrition rate

- Designed and implemented candidate delight and new joinee welcome program
- Works with management to develop a recruitment strategy/ employer brand to attract the right talent
- Creates communication vehicles (e.g. social media posts, webpage, Consultants, Campus Recruitment and Internal Reference etc.) to support recruitment objectives and generate candidate
- Provide functional support & direction, identify training needs within the group, ensuring optimum
- Provide oversight and leadership to Talent Acquisition team to ensure they are properly aligned to support organisation wide recruitment initiatives and programs. Initiate coaching and provides
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
- Concentrate on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, Linkedin, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals
