- Worked on a Remodeling of existing drains & Construction of new RCC box type drains for a length of 6.2 miles - Analysis of detailed report of project, Drain plan, marking the ground levels of entire length of project by using - Auto level - Calculate the reinforcement and concrete quantity of each item of work by using center line method - I appointed to manage 40 labors, Schedule their works and inspect the work by end of the day - Using different design techniques Critical path method, PERT to save over all materials and duration of project - Also take care as a safety in-charge during the Project, Labor precautions and construction signs - Before going to concrete work I am doing strength (Concrete Specimen, Rebound hammer) and setting time of concrete - Slump cone) test - Maintaining the Construction Log book and financial document day to day
