    • Wrote Python scripts to automate web scraping (using BeautifulSoup) and scraping of Excel and PDF documents within Docker containers. Used Bottle to create a REST API for accessing the data from MySQL. • Created a notification system based on Apache Kafka that allows individual users subscribe to certain company data sources and be notified via SMS when the sources are updated (using Twilio). • Created a platform to allow for testing and use of automated stock trading strategies, using the Interactive Brokers Python API.
