Taking lead in bi-annual research project to be prepsented to the Children, Seniors, and Families Committee (CSFC) by collecting, validating and analyzing data for over 150 use of force incident in probation Automate the workflow process by Excel VBA to consolidate over 50 weekly/monthly reports for secured youth treatment program, creating streamline process for probation officers and counselors to track youth progress. Data mapping and data cleaning for excel spreadsheet and database, contributing to database enhancement project in pipeline. Developing and executing research a research project to study the juvenile recidivism and severity of their offenses in CY2022-2023 to be share with the department.
