• Cloud based software company currently on Salesforce platform • Use Salesforce Standard reporting tools, along with Salesforce Analytics • Work with customers and their data to help them increase efficiency in day-to-day operations o Collect data, load, analyze and format o Scrub, restructure, and load data into relational database o Confirm integrity of data and map data sets to maximize efficiency for customer use • Work with large scale data sets o Collaborate with national customer on their large volume of pricing info (100k + products and pricing per region) o Analyze product pricing data, map data to price books corresponding with geo-coded locations o Validate all data by testing o Create and deliver reporting to ensure customers are accurately tracking costs • Manage user profiles and permissions for data access and create visuals for customers to see metrics • Create and maintain financial and operational reporting for customers day-to-day operations • Experience with Einstein reporting for predictability metrics and forecasting
