I use to work for project named Remitly as a Sr. Associate Account Management. My roles and responsibilities are as follows. 1.) Managing customer accounts by detecting if any suspicious activity is going on. 2.) Dealing with international bankers and getting approved the pending transaction by sending the requested information. 3.) Approving customer accounts by passing KYC by adhering to company norms and laws. 4.) Risk detection in customer account and doing regular checks in profiles. 5.) Mentoring the fellows and guiding them in work.
