• Revamped monetization with Usage/Consumption-Based Pricing. Net Retention Rate increased by 16% and Expansion Revenue by 18%.
• Built an AI-based survey generator that helped users generate a survey by just entering the objective of
the survey. This industry-first feature helped increase all of the AARRR metrics.
• Pooled in customer data from siloed sources like website analytics, product database and the CRM to
build a data warehouse accessible for everyone in the company, bringing in a culture of data-
informed decision making. It was aptly named “Cerebrum.”
• Engineered deep API integrations with Slack, Tableau and Marketo to let users integrate SurveySparrow
deeply within the workflows of their company. Customers that used these integrations had the highest
ARPU and NRR across the global customer base.
• Launched a native Flutter-based Software Development Kit (SDK) for B2C customers who wanted a
quick way to embed surveys onto their mobile applications. This quickly became a fast-growing module
of the product.
• Introduced features for our largest enterprise customers that included Two-Factor Authentication,
User Provisioning and Deprovisioning with SCIM and Audit Logs.
• Launched new feedback collection channels on Text and WhatsApp to reach consumers where they're
most-likely to give feedback. Response rates for these channels were 30% higher than other
channels. Overall response rate increased by 6%.
• Led the development, marketing and implementation of Hierarchies and Granular Access Controls
for multi-location businesses. After feature release, collaborated with customer-facing teams (CS, Support, Pre-sales, Implementation) enhancing their ability to communicate feature benefits to customers and prospects. Implemented this feature on-site for beta customers.
• Improved new user onboarding that impacted many downstream metrics: PQL% (Product Qualified Leads) increased by 20%, free-to-paid conversion rate increased by 11% and self-serve revenue increased by 13%.
