• Performed routine and non routine tasks in support of the Student Activities and Programs Department including assisting with programming events and activities for ASI and the campus at-large • Collaborated with campus constituents, external agencies and performers and regularly interacted with departmental staff, student leaders, and other ASI team members • Maintained positive and professional working relationships with external agencies and within the campus community • Worked within the boundaries of established event budgets, tracked expenditures, completed financial paperwork and communicated with ASI Financial Services to ensure all documents were submitted • Answered phones and a variety of customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner • Scheduled appointments for meetings and events, performed data entries and managed event equipment inventory along with assisting in tracking department expenses
