▪ Devised and oversaw a new comprehensive operation system, which increased faculty performance while improving our day to day efficiency

▪ People leadership: Hire and Manage 80 staff members. Support in day-to-day operations including coverage, PTO tracking, and data management to run calendar year and increase process efficiencies by 40%
▪ Project management: Increase systems quality control by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating using Excel pivot tables and communicating insights for implementation
