• Implemented a tactical allocation on managed portfolios of $384MM, realizing double-digit outperformance over benchmarks. I achieved 137% of the full-year incentive fee budget of $1.2MM in H1 2023. • Executed an active investment strategy with a bottom-up approach that turned around the performance of mutual funds, with 100% outperforming benchmarks and consistently top 5 on the league table. • Managed $56MM bridge financing for capital projects. Performed due diligence on prospective projects, deal sourcing, built financial models, detailed pro-forma cash flows, DCF and post-financing monitoring. • Structured and raised US$20 million in private debt for the acquisition of a 46% stake in a SPV which grants a 4.6% equity position in an oil and gas exploration project. • Executed an FX and Eurobond repo which resulted in the full year 2022 PBT of $2.6 million from a loss of $3.2 million, and downside further limited by a c.42% devaluation and 8% price gain for Eurobond. • Executed a training plan that developed the ability of 4 team members to carry out compressive equity & credit analysis, build three-statement integrated financial models, and sector-specific valuation models and ascertain the impact of system liquidity and fiscal activities on fixed-income instruments.
