In my role at TCS, I played a pivotal part in the development and maintenance of the TCS iON Digital Survey web application within a dynamic team of 16, utilizing JavaScript, ReactJS, and Python. My responsibilities extended to analyzing data from 500+ customer surveys, employing SQL and PowerBI to extract actionable business insights and prioritizing impactful feature requests, resulting in a remarkable 25% boost in user satisfaction. Demonstrating a commitment to quality, I established extensive test coverage for new features, reduced production issues by 40%, and actively contributed to database design and integration efforts. Within our agile team, which comprised Data Engineers, Product Managers, and new members, I showcased strong communication skills, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of product goals and data needs. Additionally, I identified and resolved 35+ code framework issues, which showcased my problem-solving skills, and created documented processes with MS Word that significantly increased team efficiency by 50%.
