Played a key role in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and sales enablement while managing cross-functional initiatives that supported 50+ employees across international and domestic commercial and government segments. • Spearheaded a full rebrand and digital transformation, launching a new eCommerce platform that significantly increased B2C and B2G customer engagement. • Developed and executed multi-channel marketing strategies that contributed to double-digit revenue growth across commercial, law enforcement, and federal sectors. • Strengthened dealer and distribution networks by implementing scalable sales enablement tools, marketing kits, and training resources. • Directed national trade show strategy and presence, elevating brand visibility and driving qualified lead generation across key market. • Represented HighCom Armor as a member of the Board of Directors for the Ohio Chamber of Commerce.
