• Assisted and completed tasks to ensure the success of a $65 million dollar project of constructing Holden of San Jose Assisted Living on Bascom comprises of 165 apartments and the client is Alliance Residential Company. • Assisted Project Manager with submittals and ensuring the submittal is compliance with specification and is based on required scope of work. Responsible to keep track of submittals (shop drawings, product data, certificates, etc.) for all the subcontractors and ask subcontractors to provide the long Lead Time for materials. • Drafted RFI’s, Submittals and Transmittals through Procore to clarify different trades of work for assisted living project. Filled Job Hazard Analysis Form, Hot Work Permit. Clicked pictures of various activities and store in Procore. • Coordinated with superintendent regarding the scheduled progress and prepared daily logs for the project. • Managed all documents by storing in both project folders (Procore) and the project binder(hardcopy). • Attended several OAC and subcontractor meetings and recorded meeting minutes for manager. • Scheduled and maintained City Inspections and documented city inspector’s remarks and reported it to the manager. • Communicated with vendors to request prices for project-related items that are not covered by the subcontractor’s contract. Used to markup in Bluebeam to showcase the specific items in plans to request the pricing for the project. • Created an RFI binder for job site use and annotated the plans using Procore to indicate which RFIs pertain to which region.
