- Responsible for planning, ordering and installation of technical solutions for photography systems within theme
- Build, test, install and troubleshoot all range of equipment, from high speed park captures stations, to office PCs, to custom photo claim stations and any other standard or custom solutions the business called for

- Installation and customization Zebra scanners (TC55) for varying operations, which required a myriad of systems and programming knowledge. Had to be customized to scan wristbands, remotely fire camera, view photos
- Responsible for maintaining and repairing broken hardware, replacing broken parts that could not be repaired or replacing hardware entirely during downtime

- Responsible for remote repair tickets for any and all IT services I would be expected to deliver in person
- Created the technical equipment inventory system that Magic Memories uses today, based off of the inventory
- Created documentation used onsite by photography staff for technical equipment as well as modifying that
- Responsible for clear, concisely written tickets that speak to work done and has all relevant info for both any
