    • Provide billing and collection support for dozens of matters a month, working directly with partners and clients to ensure compliance with guidelines, rate agreements, and other standards. • Utilize Excel, cross-department input, and reporting software to create forecasts and historical analysis to assist with budgets, audits, estimates, and client presentations. • Develop solutions to unique billing scenarios, including the implementation of payment plans and multi-payer invoices, the application of credits and retainers, and more. • Led the billing and collection effort for Cleary's work on the $26 billion merger between TMobile and Sprint. Prepared multi-million dollar bills on monthly basis at height of matter. • During 4 years of work, never missed a monthly deadline. Responded quickly to all client requests, and ensured we collected 100% of our bills by year-end. • Suggested discount implementation method which saved the firm over $500,000 during life of matter. • Led a similar effort for the firm’s work on the $1 billion merger between Funimation and Crunchyroll, as well as numerous other mergers, acquisitions, and antitrust cases. • Mastered two legal finance programs; provided feedback in the full transition from one to the other, a 2 year project. Our team’s input led to the implementation of key features for launch. • Trained new team members, which included teaching them the billing process of certain partners and guiding them through monthly workflow. • Created global tracking sheets to maintain accurate determination of volume discounts for clients such as Natixis and PayPal; coordinated international teams to ensure correct billing.
