• This internship experience focuses on providing a practical learning experience and giving its students an opportunity to network with company executives who have volunteered their time to help us grow professionally. • • Being part of the Retail Trade industry team, I am responsible to collaborate with my co-workers, mentors, coaches, and advisors to research the procedure and operational changes that Apple has undergone since the COVID-19 outbreak. As a team, we are preparing for the capstone project by developing recommendations for Apple on change management and steps they can take to make their supply chain more efficient. • • I am also responsible for attending virtual meetings including keynote speakers and completing weekly readings and assignments to learn about the impact of COVID-19 on other industries and learn about the important steps of change management.
