• Responsible for the overall day to day support of Lindt's Omnichannel environment (eCommerce, order management, and retail systems). • • Critical incident management, monitoring system performance, working with system providers to manage escalations, and communicating to business constituencies. • • Support data mapping and integrations between eCommerce and retail (Micros) systems • • System enhancements and upgrades, Coordinating deployment of patches, enhancements, and major rollouts with the business and technical teams • • Assist the Omnichannel teams in accessing data and developing reports to support troubleshooting, ongoing business decision making, and performance monitoring • • Assist the Omnichannel teams in new store openings and closings; leading all IT activities required and acting as the single POC for store operations • • Lead Omnichannel compliance processes including regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) • • Work with the retail management team to prioritize suggested changes • • Use statistical methods to identify areas for continuous operational improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes. • • Write improved procedural manuals to support self-service, shift-left of support requests • • MICROS Oracle POS support • • SQL / PowerShell / Python
