• Project managed and co-led all operational measures pertaining to Wyre’s $1.5B acquisition by Bolt Financial alongside Wyre’s Chief Financial Officer. Coordinated staff across legal, finance, compliance, and engineering to facilitate timely completion of deliverables and data reconciliation that were instrumental in Wyre’s fulfillment of the merger agreement terms. • Co-managed the Wyre Credit Corp. portfolio, Wyre’s $500M+ crypto lending portfolio. Responsible for asset allocation, counterparty interaction, trade execution, and PnL capture. • Created Looker dashboards to analyze and investigate underperforming operating metrics such as crypto vs. fiat volumes and associated fee revenues generated from Wyre’s core API. Presented analysis and findings directly to the CEO and CFO, resulting in implementation of new functionality to auto-clear failed orders and prevented losses of nearly $10M USD. • Performed analysis to inform product strategy and assist with monthly financial reporting in QuickBooks. • Led ideation, wrote requirements, and defined roadmap for new product features. Performed UAT and wrote JIRA tickets to fix/improve existing functionality. Performed backlog grooming and led sprint planning sessions.
