- Redesigned PCB cassettes, pallets, and respective fixtures to be more lightweight, foolproof, and easy to handle, which prevented damage to PCB products from operators
- Led cross-functional teams to rearrange/install existing/new productions lines to streamline between different processes, reduce operational strain, better reallocate floor space, and test line performance
- Conducted quality tests, as well as root cause and bottleneck analyses, on products to identify the locations of defects, which resulted in equipment recalibration, physical redesign, and additional countermeasures
- Other notable projects: reducing pneumatic stroke to lower strike speed, robot enclosure safety panels
