    overview
    I started at Qeepsake in the summer of 2015, providing administrative assistance and some light data analysis. In 2016 I headed and developed the company's customer support system. Afterwards, I located, screened, hired, and trained the company's permanent customer support lead who is with the company to this day. I also increased my responsibilities in data analysis and business strategy. In 2017 I worked with company leadership to perform data-driven tests, jumpstart new initiatives, and provide input on key strategic decisions. As my role at Qeepsake has grown, so has the company. In 2015, we developed the product in beta with several hundred users. In 2016, we grew and converted a large waitlist into tens of thousands of registered users as we launched the full product. In 2017, Qeepsake became a TechStars company, tripled the size of its memberbase, and raised significant funding from investors.
Fun Fact

I've played Magic: the Gathering (strategic trading card game) since I was 12, and I've competed against some of the best players in the world.

Passion

People - And that's coming from someone who's been a math nerd all his life. The people I've met in college have opened my eyes to the true beauty and depth that humanity has to offer. I want to use my analytical skills to connect with people, not distance myself from them.
