§ Autonomously handle several start-to-finish campaigns at a time and 3 membership entities through a variety of marketing mediums personally catered for product type and audience demographic. Most recently, managed the ME15 Conference in Singapore on a $4K budget with $3K medium ticket prices resulting in a $2.01M net profit post venue, hotel, and other expenses – registration was closed one month early due to venue capacity restrictions.
§ Co-manage company socials (LI, IG,TW, FB) and created/independently manage the SBE LinkedIn Showcase Page (est. October 2022) resulting in a highly-engaged volume of niche potential members and conference attendees pulling in over 700 attendees across 8 of the team’s SBE related conferences since its founding.
§ Generate written content for email marketing and sponsorship outreach, social copies, promotional interviews, Google text ads, and signage & online graphics. Concluded an email campaign through 11 emails with an average 72% open rate and 31% CTR to over 15,000 recipients.
§ Conduct market research and surveys prior to registration opening and post event conclusion to generate future target audiences and provide program managers with insights into how technical programs and structuring can be improved.
§ Attend conferences virtually and in-person (nationally & internationally) ensuring setup is smooth, program managers are supported on attendee interactions, signage is properly retrieved, and live feed social posting is ongoing.
