• • Assigned to Blue Engines Finance functional unit at Jeff Bezos’ private space industry startup that’s goal to increase access to space through reusable rockets • Built Tableau reporting environment consisting of several dashboards that focus on bridging gap between production and financial data • Mined and consolidated data from several databases utilizing custom SQL queries to create visualizations analyzing labor hours, inventory, and propellant costs • Developed updated 10-year DCF model for BE-3U (New engine under Development) that factored in future Revenue, SG&A, COGS, and R&D costs to compute Net Present Value that was presented to senior management • Built first analytic at company to visualize supplier non-recurring inventory costs over time broken down by multiple project levels allowing management to identify specific inventory items with highest supplier non-recurring costs allowing management to strategize make vs buy and sourcing decisions
