● Helped lead and create the People Analytics Reporting for the Enterprise Services (ES) department (1k+ staff) and bespoke groups [Tradedesk (Buy Side/Sell Side), Service Delivery, Implementation, Technology Services (Enterprise Technology/Product Oversight)]. Updated headcount reporting, pipeline reporting, service & allocation models, monthly expense reporting, and travel spend dashboards with compliance metrics.
