- Managed from concept to execution software solutions via SharePoint Dataverse/PowerApps. Played a key role in planning and implementing programs/software for internal company success through software development in Buoy and maintained consistent communication via Slack to Quality control to adhere to FDA requirements and the value of the implemented Product via FDA guidelines. Worked with the regulatory team and technical writers to ensure all Standard Operating Procedures were up-to-date and adhered to FDA guidelines - Selected Achievements - Successfully implemented along with the Development team multiple PowerApps solutions to increase efficiency within the Parachute Plasma center's including - Checklist Application, Medical Application, both applications were an internal effort to maximize company effectiveness and efficiency - Worked with the Parachute sister company Buoy and all FDA requirements to implement the Digital Donor History Questionnaire (DHQ) (public facing Application) approved by the FDA, as a 510k device - The DHQ is helping the company gain clients and revolutionize the Plasma industry by utilizing iPads for registration - All communications with the sister company were via Slack - Maximized customer satisfaction by leading 6+ projects simultaneously and providing reports on project progress - Crafted detailed visual graphics to monitor project progress regularly and ensure completion on time to all stakeholders
