• Coordinated the 2019 Alene Moris National Education for Women’s Leadership Institute, including objectives and goals, project timelines, and day-of materials • Composed a variety of documents including office memos and grant proposals for the Institute and Center • Created and executed a recruitment and outreach plan, including copy and design of promotional materials which reach directly more than 1,000 individuals in 27 institutions through e-mail and social media campaigns • Collected, managed, and tracked engagement and development data for more than 400 alumnae • Assisted applicants, alumnae, volunteers, and community members with NEW Lead Institute specific inquiries and concerns as well as performed reception duties for the Center • Prepared agendas and minutes for series of planning committee meetings for the Institute and Center staff
