overview
• Program and project design and management, leading in developing, coordinating, and evaluating a comprehensive Competitive Sports program to include team, dual, and individual sports leagues, tournaments, special events, and 15 Sport Clubs, resulting in successful competitive sports seasons for 2 semesters.
• Evaluating, assisting with formulating implementing strategies to meet organization’s objectives and a marketing plan through visual design to promote sports opportunities to students.
• Performing administrative duties, conducting qualitative research, managing documentation, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, and development of approximately 30 student employees.
• Collaborating with directors, colleagues and team-mates on innovation projects for process improvement, employee appreciation, professional growth, strategic decision-making, client engagement and to build strong relationships with customers.
• Evaluations the scope of set projects, effectively communicating and providing a bridge between sports clubs and Campus Recreation to ensure sport programs are implemented effectively via formal meetings, one-on-one meetings and social events.
• Managing fast-paced competitive sports seasons, each with at least 5 different sports and over 50 teams all categories combined, while overseeing payments, game staffing, effectively responding to urgent issues, and accessing staff performance of at least 20 employees, under minimal supervision from my employer.
