UrbanCompany (formerly Urbanclap) is India's largest online marketplace that provides at-home services (like TaskRabbit in the US). I got a fast-track promotion for this role. Worked on medium-term projects in cross-functional teams to build new features and programs to elevate user experience and accelerate growth for the business
Key projects:
• Launched user loyalty plan by analyzing competitor programs to define key product features and conducting a cost-benefit analysis to define pricing strategy, upcycling 25%+ users (~400K) at 30% higher wallet share
• Conducted 30+ user interviews and surveyed 10K+ users to identify friction points in booking journeys for 4 key user personas and ran A/B tests to determine optimal solutions, achieving 20% NPS improvement
• Performed market research and 10+ expert interviews to define revenue model and build a 5-year roadmap to extend at-home service to brick-and-mortar salons, projecting 1.5x growth in penetration
