- Actively meets with Managers, Agents, Executives, and industry creatives to grow and nurture relationships, future partnerships, and projects for pursuit
- Oversees and consolidates project materials, auspices, timelines/calendars, and beyond across various platforms including Google
- Drive, Slack, Asana, and Airtable
- Leads the Development team's weekly meeting, followed by weekly recaps of consolidated feedback, highlighted samples, and project
- Evaluates quality of submissions and offers independent feedback, and feedback on behalf of the team when necessary
- Works closely with Writers, Showrunners, Producers, Directors, and Execs throughout the creative process including, but not limited to reading and sharing notes on outlines, treatments/decks, pitches, drafts, and cuts
- Completes timely avail checks and pitches projects to respective Managers, Agents, Execs, and creatives to fulfill mandates and packaging needs
- Covers festivals as needed, such as Beyond Fest and CAA's Moebius, for creative discovery and acquisition opportunities
- Composes, maintains, and distributes project communications, confidential documents, formal materials, submissions, and grids
- Serves as an Intern Manager, providing training and mentorship for aspiring filmmakers and executives in Undergraduate & Graduate
