• Led the organizations (Loon/ Orange) cross functional efforts and synergy of Operations, Research and Development, and Risk Analysis of new technical products and capabilities in a highly demanding fast pace complex environment. Identified business, technical, and certification operational requirements while conveying precisely yet functionally in formal documentation and presentations to the Strategy and Portfolio Group (SPG). Enabled Accountable Executive’s (CEO /COO) decision making, risk acceptance, and allocation of investor funds. Structured data analysis to implement and track evolving key performance and safety indicators. Executed first tether launch hazard risk analysis and formal safety review. • ∙ Developed General Operating Manual (GOM) to capture and define organizational processes and authority; in support of operations from supply chain through manufacturing, logistics, business operations, recovery and reverse logistics worldwide in a highly dynamic and diplomatic environment.
