● Built a more efficient way to generate and distribute the rate sheets/pricings by developing internal software system – Collect all data from investors and analyze the pricing including Base pricing and LLPAs ● Created and developed the best execution price comparisons between investors ● Operate and manage pricing engine to reflect the correct pricing including LLPAs and guidelines in the system ● Manage Lock Desk Team – Communicate directly, provide constructive feedback and customer expectations ● Manage both Best Effort and Mandatory execution – Best Effort: Created the Excel that automatically calculates the final pricing depending on loan characteristics. Generated Best Effort Loans Pipelines to maintain all BE loans to be tracked.
