CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEERING CO-OP

- Work with the Continuous Improvement (CI) department at Rheem Manufacturing to complete various projects in the realms of standardized work, manufacturing improvements, kaizen events, and root cause analysis, while practicing TPS and lean manufacturing principles. Help prepare for the launch of new products with varied line-flow changes including the design and implementation of new fixtures and carts. Worked with supervisors and operators on the line to get a better understanding of needed improvements and to increase collaboration between the CI department and the floor
